  • Where do we go once we arrive at the airport?

    At the airport, a Ambercars representative will be waiting for you in the Arrivals area, holding up a folder clearly marked with the “Ambercars” logo. You will then be taken out to the airport’s public car park to collect your hire car.

  • What happens if our flight is early or late?

    Ambercars will track your flight information on the AENA flight information website, so there is no need for you to contact us about any changes.

  • Does Ambercars deliver cars at points on the island apart from the airport?

    Ambercars delivers car in Mahón and its immediate surroundings at no additional charge. Please check with us before reserving deliveries/collections in areas that are further away.

  • What are the opening hours at Ambercars?

    Our opening hours at Ambercars are from 8:30h to 20h from Monday to Friday, but all reservations are handles 24/7.

  • How can we pay for the car rental?

    You can either pay online when you make the reservation, or pay on arrival. We accept the main driver’s debit/credit car or cash.
